ALL PCCSS MEMBERS – IT’S CRUNCH TIME – HELP NEEDED – NOW!

DHD – My schedule for being out there and working is:
Monday May 2      9:00-1:00
Wednesday May 4 9:00-4:00
Thursday May 5     11:00-sundown
I will be spending the night at the ranch Thursday night and through the weekend.
These are just the times that my schedule will work for me being out there and I would welcome you to join us. Lefty Leo is pretty much camped out at the range and will be working to mow and generally get the range ready, so he may be available at times other than what I have listed. Delta Raider is spending a lot of time at the range as well.
Point is that if you have some time to come out and help us get ready, we can put you to work. If you have a good weed eater or string trimmer lawnmower, bring them out because we can use them.

We still need to do in preparation for the Battle of Plum Creek:
Finishing mowing the range area
Put up Bulletin Board outside Pavilion
Open up and air out Saloon
Put up banners at Saloon, at entrance, and at Pavilion
Put up stage sponsor banners
Put out supporting sponsor signs
Get sound system at range working for music
Check out sound system for announcements
Build the canopy near Stage 9
Move speakers from Livery to the Pavilion and test hookup with stereo unit
Paint targets
Finish wire screening on Stage 5 loading and Stage 6 loading
Put out ant bait
Pick up poop
Finish organizing awards
Put out road signs

See ya’ at the Agarita!
